This patient came to see Phil with a post retained crown that had a history of falling out. The root also had a fracture running through it and required removal.

After discussing the options, an implant retained crown was chosen and the ceramic was colour matched to produce a seamless and natural finish…we took some time to even introduce some chips and texture ‘accents’ on to the edge of the tooth to make it look as natural as possible.
